Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: July 2026

Welcome to Scentaments Designs Flowers & Gifts.

By accessing or using our website, placing an order, or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Orders

All orders are subject to product availability.

Because flowers are seasonal and natural products, substitutions of equal or greater value may occasionally be necessary while preserving the overall style, color palette, and design intent of the arrangement.

Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Applicable taxes, delivery fees, and additional charges will be calculated during checkout where applicable.

Deliveries

By placing an order, you authorize Scentaments Designs to leave your order at a safe delivery location if the recipient is unavailable.

Once a delivery has been successfully completed, responsibility for the order transfers to the recipient.

Product Variations

Every floral arrangement is handcrafted.

Natural variations in flower size, bloom stage, color, and seasonal availability should be expected and are not considered defects.

All photographs, graphics, logos, product names, written content, designs, branding, and website materials are the property of Scentaments Designs unless otherwise stated.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scentaments Designs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our website, products, or delivery services.
