Refund, Replacement & Satisfaction Policy

At Scentaments Designs Flowers & Gifts, every order is prepared with great care and attention. We want every gift to arrive beautifully and leave a lasting impression.

Because many of our products are perishable or personalized, all sales are considered final. However, if something is not right, we are committed to reviewing every concern fairly and working toward an appropriate resolution.

Returns

We do not accept returns of:

• Fresh flowers

• Chocolates or food items

• Plants

• Personalized gifts

• Opened products

• Perishable products

Reporting an Issue

If you believe there is a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

To help us evaluate the issue, please include:

• Your order number

• A detailed description of the concern

• Clear photographs of the product

• Photographs of the packaging, if applicable

Photos are essential because they allow our team to accurately assess the condition of the product at the time the concern is reported.

Replacements

If we determine that a product arrived significantly damaged due to circumstances within our control, we may, at our sole discretion:

• Replace the item.

• Offer store credit.

• Provide another reasonable solution.

Each situation is reviewed individually.

Circumstances Not Covered

We cannot provide refunds or replacements for issues resulting from:

• Products left outdoors after delivery.

• Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

• Normal flower aging.

• Natural variations in flowers.

• Weather exposure after delivery.

• Theft after successful delivery.

• Damage occurring after pickup.

• Improper care after delivery.
