DELIVERY POLICY

At Scentaments Designs Flowers & Gifts, every delivery is prepared with care, presented beautifully, and transported with the goal of arriving exactly as we would want it delivered to someone we love.
Our delivery service is designed for thoughtful gift giving through simple, reliable doorstep delivery.

Delivery Service
We currently provide:

Residential deliveries

Business deliveries

Funeral home deliveries

Hospital deliveries (where permitted)

Porch drop-offs

Scheduled pickups

At this time, we do not provide in-home gift setup, room decoration, event styling, or indoor installation services. All deliveries are completed as drop-offs unless special arrangements have been confirmed beforehand.

Safe Delivery
Our drivers will leave gifts in a location they believe is reasonably safe and visible, including:
Front porch
Covered porch
Front door
Reception desk (where permitted)
Designated delivery area

Whenever reasonably possible, we do not place gifts directly on the ground. Our team uses gift bags, benches, chairs, porch furniture, hooks, or other suitable surfaces to help keep gifts clean and beautifully presented.

Once a delivery has been completed at the designated location, responsibility for retrieving the gift transfers to the recipient.

Flowers
Fresh flowers are living products.
We carefully hydrate, design, package, and transport every arrangement to preserve freshness during delivery.

After delivery, flower longevity depends upon factors outside our control, including:
 
Indoor temperature
Outdoor temperature
Direct sunlight
Water availability
Air conditioning
Heating
Recipient care
 
We encourage recipients to bring flowers indoors promptly.

Chocolates & Temperature Sensitive Gifts
Many chocolates and specialty gifts are sensitive to heat.
Our team transports these products under conditions intended to preserve their quality until delivery.

However, once delivery has been completed, Scentaments Designs cannot guarantee product quality if items remain outdoors or are exposed to:
 
Heat
Direct sunlight
Rain
Humidity
Freezing temperatures
Animals
Insects
Theft

If chocolates appear melted, damaged, or have been exposed to excessive heat after delivery, we recommend that they not be consumed.

Delivery Photos
Our drivers may photograph completed deliveries for quality assurance and proof of delivery.
These photos focus on the delivered gift and delivery location and are used only for business purposes.

Providing photos allows our team to investigate quickly and determine the best solution.

Severe Weather
For the safety of our staff and customers, deliveries may be delayed during severe weather, road closures, or unsafe driving conditions.
If delays occur, we will communicate with customers whenever possible.
