Scentaments Designs Flowers & Gifts offers scheduled pickup for customers who prefer to collect their orders in person.

Scheduling Your Pickup

All pickup orders must be scheduled during available pickup hours.

Customers will receive notification when their order is ready for pickup.

Bringing Your Order Home

Fresh flowers and temperature-sensitive gifts should be transported directly to their destination whenever possible.

To help preserve quality, we recommend:

• Keeping arrangements upright during transport.

• Avoiding extended time inside hot or cold vehicles.

• Bringing flowers and chocolates indoors promptly after pickup.

Pickup Verification

For the security of our customers, we may request:

• Order confirmation

• Order number

• Name used for the purchase

• Photo identification when necessary

Missed Pickups

Orders not collected on the scheduled pickup date may experience reduced flower freshness due to the natural life cycle of fresh blooms.

While we will make every reasonable effort to maintain product quality, Scentaments Designs cannot guarantee freshness for delayed pickups.

Responsibility After Pickup

Once an order has been picked up by the customer or an authorized representative, responsibility for transportation, storage, and care transfers to the customer.
